This program is for you if you’ve taken the Whole Pantry Level 1 heathy eating program…or if you have established healthy eating habits that you’d like to take to the next level. You should be familiar with the basics of meal prep, regularly include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, and rely on only some pre-packaged and processed food products.

In this program you’ll learn more advanced nutrition concepts to truly understand the importance of reducing (or eliminating) sugar and refined flour. And you’ll learn all about phytonutrients and how to include them on a regular basis. I’ll also teach my personal cooking style, the Block Method…once you learn it, you’ll be able to whip up delicious meals in a flash!
