Whole Pantry Program

Level 1 healthy eating program, designed for busy people! Eat healthier by shifting towards more whole foods. Learn the basics and follow simple steps and strategies.

This workshop is for you if…

You feel bloated, gassy, constipated, indigestion, and/or headachy after eating.

You get the after-lunch-slumps.

You know you should eat healthier but you’re not sure what you need to do.

You’ve been told by your doctor that you’re pre-diabetic and you’d like to start eating healthier.

You’ve tried diets before and they never work.

You’ve tried eating healthy before and it never sticks.

Weeknight dinners are always a last minute thought…”what should we do for dinner?” is a recurring theme.


Whole Kitchen Program

Level 2 healthy eating program. Create a mostly whole foods lifestyle by building on a Level 1 foundation. Gain more advanced knowledge, skills, and strategies.

This workshop is for you if…

You already eat fairly healthy, you’ve been feeling great, you like fruits and vegetables and eat them regularly, but you’d like to take it up a notch and explore even more of what a whole foods lifestyle can offer.

You’ve been diagnosed with IBS or are sensitive/intolerant to certain foods/ingredients and you’re interested in clean eating.

You’d like to drastically reduce, or eliminate, sugar from your diet.

You want to reap the benefits of phytonutrients to reduce inflammation and oxidation.

You’ve been eating heathy for a while but you’re still feeling bloated or gassy after meals. (This could also be a legit medical issue so always seek your doctor’s advice.)


Thrive Program

A stress reduction and resilience building program to help you thrive at work and life. Explore the 5 dimensions of health and acquire personalized strategies to optimize each area for greater resilience.

This workshop is for you if…

You’re really busy most days of the week and hardly have time to eat lunch.

You often feel “stressed”, irritable, or short-fused.

You feel like you’re always playing catch-up and never really making forward progress.

You feel drained at the end of the workday.

The week is mostly about surviving until the weekend.

You feel overwhelmed by your daily to-do list.

You often feel tense or anxious.

You know about the benefits of being healthy but have zero time for healthy stuff.

You want to be more present, feel more joy, be more productive, focused, and energized.
