Chronic stress can decrease quality of life and promote illness so it’s important to manage it by optimizing your health. In this workshop you’ll learn how with practical strategies!

Optimal health is made up of four interconnected dimensions: physical, emotional, intellectual, and relational. When you optimize each area you’ll naturally build up resilience to stress and experience less tension, worry, and anxiety…and improved sleep, mood, digestion, and wellbeing!

In this workshop you will learn how each dimension relates to chronic stress and you’ll acquire simple strategies for improving the areas that need it most.

Guided Nature Walk Series with Sarah & Jack

Connect to the cycles of nature, watch spring unfold, and experience the healing benefits!

Jack Whelan is a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master Teacher, and Naturalist and Sarah Walker is a Certified Health Coach.

Join us at Robbins Pond in Devens, MA each Wednesday evening from 5:30pm-6:30pm for 4-weeks beginning May 15th and ending June 8th. We’ll study the changes taking place as the days grow longer and plants and animals awaken to the warmth of the sun. $10 for a drop-in walk or $35 for the series.

Bring field guides, note pads and cameras as we observe changes in the creatures and plants around Robbins Pond. This weekly walk will be slow and intentional so that we can quietly observe and share information about the incremental changes taking place over a four-week period.

This is a walk intended for all people who are able to slowly and quietly walk a well-groomed trail.

The health benefits of spending time in nature are plentiful!
